Jeffrey H. Strasberg Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Strasberg was appointed our Chief Financial Officer in May 2011 and has been on our Board of Directors since 2009. Mr. Strasberg also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ridgewood Capital, an investor in the company. Mr. Strasberg has been employed with the Ridgewood group of companies since 1998 and also serves as CEO and CFO of Ridgewood Power and as CFO of Ridgewood Securities Corporation.

Mr. Strasberg has been in CFO roles since 1988, during which time he has raised over $500 million in debt and equity, led M&A transactions of approximately $1 billion and, as CFO, took a manufacturing company public. His prior experience also includes being CFO of a $500 million dollar financial services company and corporate officer of a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for all SEC reporting, including its IPO. Mr. Strasberg also was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse specializing in publicly-traded clients. He is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida.
